Hi guys! Happy Sunday! I am so sad the weekend is ending but in happier news, it is less than 2 months until Christmas! Yayyyyy!!!

I received 12 polishes from a fellow blogger to swatch and review so I will be breaking them up into 4 posts. The polish company is called Seventh Day Soap Co. and the three I'm showing today were pretty much my favorites out of the bunch.

First up Blueberry Hill. This is a purple based glittery polish full of blue hex and bar glitter.

As you can see it's a bit sheer on the nail which I hate. But it can be layered over a light purple and it would look awesome. Even though the sheerness bothered me I love this shade of purple. I could have done without the bar glitter but it didn't bother me to much. ;) I also liked the addition of the holo glitter. It was very pretty.. Maybe more holo less bar glitter! lol This is 3 coats and 1 coat of Sally Hansen Insta Dri.

Next is Raspberry Latte. This is a pretty burgundy with silver hex glitter.

Unfortunately it's kinda hard to see the silver hex's in the picture. In person it really makes the polish pop! It was difficult to work with this polish though. It was kinda thick and it was so difficult to get the hex's out. I had to do a lot of fishing and placing on the nail which bugged me. This is three thin coats and one coat of Sally Hansen Insta Dri

Finally my favorite of the three... Crushed Diamonds. It's a beautiful gray with a light sprinkling of holo glitter.

This is a beautiful shade. I am a huge fan of grays. But this was once again kinda thick and hard to get out of the bottle. I did add a couple drops of Seche Restore and that helped a lot but It's still kind of a bummer! On the bright side. I wore this for nearly a week and I didn't have any chips! Pretty awesome!

Normally I would tell you where to find these products. But i'm not sure if the maker is still in business. Her Etsy shop located here is empty. I will do some sleuthing around and see if she perhaps changed her store or just isn't making polish anymore. ;)

That's all for today! Have a wonderful evening!

Colors by Laura K Swatch and Review

These polishes were provided to me in exchange for a honest review.

Hi guys! It's Monday.. blahhhhh! But to brighten up your Monday how about some swatches of some gorgeous polishes!? Laura from Colors by Laura K was kind enough to send me two polishes to review I hope you guys enjoy them as much as I do!

First Up is Green Machine. This is a bright green scattered holo and when I say bright I don't mean neon. It's more of a grassy/leafy kind of shade.

I honestly love this shade. I rarely like greens but I think this one looked so awesome against my skin tone. I could see it working for a variety of skin colors. Big plus!! And as you can see in the bottle it is PACKED with holo goodness. This polish did not dry very smooth so a good thick top coat is definitely needed. This is two coats Green Machine and one coat of Sally Hansen Insta Dri.

Next is Super Cereal. This is a white crelly, packed with square and hex glitter in yellow, purple, blue, green, orange and red.

This is three thin coats of Super Cereal with a layer of Sally Hansen Insta Dri. You can definitely layer this over a soft white like China Glaze Moonlight or Essie Marshmallow but I wanted to try it just on it's own. I am slightly obsessed with this polish. It reminds me of a bowl of fruit loops. LOL! Do you see it? The white is the milk and all the colored glitter is the the cereal. Maybe it's just me! But this polish is pretty awesome.

So now that you've seen them which is your favorite? I think Super Cereal is mine. Even though I loved Green Machine I have a soft spot for crellys and things that remind me of cereal! ;)

Hi guys!! Can you believe Christmas is around the corner!!!?  I feel like the year has flown by. But boy am I excited about the Holidays. Hot Chocolate, Christmas trees, warm nights by the fireplace...and best of all... Christmas nail polish collections!!!! Today I have three polishes from La Bella Vernices Christmas collection named Pucker Up Santa.

First Up Eskimo Kisses.

A frosty shimmery pink base full of blue and pink squares, hexagons, and circles. This polish is just so beautiful. It reminds me of winter. Its a bit sheer on its own so I layered it over a coat of China Glaze Moonlight. I do think that you could get away with wearing it on it's own. But I don't like seeing a bit of my nail underneath the polish. LOL

Peppermint Stick is a glitter topper loaded with red, blue and pink squares, hexagons and circles. This is two light coats layered it over Orly It's Not Me It's You. I thought the combination was beautiful. This is such a bright and cheery polish. I just loved it!

Sugar Plum Fairy is a beautiful plum scattered holo. This polish was my favorite! It's kinda dark and vampy and gorgeous. It would be the perfect polish for a Christmas Party.

Femme Fatale Swatch and Review Pt.2

I was provided this product free of purchase in return for an honest review.
No compensation was received.

Hi guys!

For todays post I have the last two Femme Fatale Cosmetics polishes I received to review.

First up Dream Bough. This is a sheer purple based polish loaded with green hex, green bar and pinkish purple colored hex glitter.

Femme-Fatale-Dream-Bough

To be 100% honest, I hated this polish. It was entirely too sheer for me and the glitter was extremely difficult to work with. It was very thick and I ended up with a lot of clumps of glitter. This is two coats of Dream Bough over NYC Sidewalk. This was easily the least liked polish of the four. :(

Next up was Spindleweb. It's a green based polish with teal, green, and purple multi sized hex glitter. Here I have it layered over Sinful Colors Last Chance, which is a dark green.

Femme-Fatale-Spindleweb

I loved how this came out. I thought it was just beautiful. This polish was extremely easy to work with and I had no problems. This was two coats of Spindleweb. Both swatches had a coat of Sally Hansen Insta Dri over them.

Femme Fatale can be purchased here. It is an Australian brand so if you are ordering international it is recommended that you order with a group because shipping can be expensive. They also carry Enchanted, Emily De Molly, Alanna Renee, Gloss 'n Sparkle, Arcane Lacquer and a tons of other brands.

You can also find Femme Fatale at Color4Nails, Ninja Polish and Harlow & Co.

Have an awesome day!

I layered Ghostbusters over Kleancolor Black. I tried layering this over white but I think you can see the beauty of this polish better over black... anndddd look!

It glows just like Full Moon!! I had to leave my hand under the light for a couple of minutes before I could get a good glow..but once it did charge up, it was pretty awesome! This polish was easy to work with. Not too thick, not too thin. I applied one coat of Ghostbusters and just touched up a few bare spots. Pretty awesome!

You can find La Bella Vernice here. She offers both full size and minis for $4.50-$10.00. Also like her Facebook page here to keep up with her many new additions. I swear this girl works hard! She's always got a new polish coming out and they are all beautiful!
