Bad Bitch Polish Review

Hi guys!! How's it going!? Who is ready for Christmas? I am so proud of myself, this year I finished early. I still have to wrap. But no running to Walmart on Xmas eve..soooo go me! LOL

For today's post, Brittany from Bad Bitch Polish sent me a couple of polishes to review.  Bad Bitch Polish is a new to me brand so I cruised around her store for a bit and in addition to discovering some pretty nice polish, I also learned that all of her polish is 3 free and some are also vegan and another plus is that she offers kid safe labels. I think that's pretty cool. I personally don't mind the name... the more vulgar the better I say, but I know some people would appreciate that.

I love the definition of a Bad Bitch. I wholeheartedly agree! ;)

Now to the polishes! First up is Garnet.

Couple of bottle shots.

Garnet is a pretty deep purple creme. This is 2 coats for swatch sake. But you could totally get by with just one coat. I love a polish that goes totally opaque in one coat. It means you save polish, and you can paint your nails fairly quick since you don't have to wait for two or three coats to dry. Big bonus I'd say!

Next is a glitter topper called Carbuncle. This is full of pinkish/purple hex and bar glitter in a clear base. As you'll see in the swatches I totally fudged up my pinky and for some reason I didn't even realize it until I was editing the pics this morning.

Bottle shot!

I went ahead and layered it over Garnet but I think this polish could be layered over a variety of colors to look even cooler. I may do this over on a bunch of different colors in a future blog post so watch out for that! ;) I would advise you to do thin coats of Carbuncle or else your nails will end up looking like my pinky. LOL

Too Fancy Lacquer Snitches Get Stitches

Hi guys!

I am so glad it's Saturday! No work! I'm spending the morning blogging and watching Say Yes To The Dress. Does anyone watch that show? It makes me want to get married....just to try on the dresses! LOL Anyways. I am apart of a very fun group with a bunch of amazing ladies and we decided to have a group custom made by another member who is also the owner of Too Fancy Lacquer. We named it Snitches Get Stitches. ;)

Before I show you this polish, please excuse my nails. I'm a nanny and I had a couple of breaks last week playing catch with the kids. The perils of making children happy! Anyways on to the HOLO goodness!

Ahhhhh! I love it! I must own more of Too Fancy Lacquer. I was cruising around her site and MAN she makes some awesome polishes! Check out her shop here and please make sure you like her page here!

What do you guys use to get your nails growing? I've been taking biotin and keeping them moisturized any other suggestions or products I should try?

Hi guys! I hope you're keeping warm. It is FREEZING here in Sac. We may be even getting some snow! Exciting!

Today I have a polish from Colors By Laura K called Spa-ghetti Day.

Spa-ghetti Day is a red based polish with gold multi shaped and sized glitter and multi colored hex glitter with holo flakes.

I think this is such a pretty red. I'm a big fan of red but I tend to avoid it because they stain my nails like crazy! I'm happy to report that there wasn't any staining with this polish! I love the addition of the gold glitter I think it makes the polish kind of glitzy. I could see myself wearing this to a Christmas Party. This was 2 thin coats with a coat of Seche Vite to smooth it out.

I decided to try the macro setting on my camera this time. I like! ;)

So what do you think?
